Payrolls UK Ltd is a BACS Approved Bureau. We credit employee's net pay directly to their bank accounts on our client's behalf. Alternatively, BACS files can be prepared in the format required for most online banking facilities that support bulk payments.

Reports are tailored according to your needs. These can be in pdf, excel or csv format.
Reports are filed with HM Revenue & Customs electronically after each payroll run and at the year end.
P45 are provided for leavers.

Our fees are fixed, based upon the number of employees processed, and the frequency of payroll runs. Fees are paid monthly. There are no hidden charges.
All reports are sent by email and are password protected.
Payroll reports can also be sent by first class post, the day after receipt of the information, by first class post. Special Delivery by Royal Mail is available as an option.
